Chunking Theory

I thought that the chunking theory was very interesting. At first it didn't really make sense but when the author used the "Mary had a little lamb" example it made me realize that it's something that I do, and that everyone does. I think that it is the ability to group things together and simplify them, that separates the masters from the novices or experts. It's weird to think that everyone does this, but as the author noted, anyone that knows English well, or any language for that matter, uses the chunking theory to help them understand and process it easier.
